Our response to the current health crisis

As at 16th March 2020

At Urban Property Australia, we are closely monitoring the latest guidelines regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and wellbeing of our team and our clients.

We have implemented safeguards based on the Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines and are reviewing the situation daily.

We’re open for business

At present, all our business operations are proceeding as usual and our people will continue to be available through the normal communication channels. We have access to conferencing technology so meetings can be held remotely if required. However, normal site inspections and other operations remain unaffected.

Your welfare is our major concern

We are monitoring travel arrangements and require self-quarantine if people or their close contacts have travelled from overseas. Any staff member who is unwell will be required to self-isolate. We ask that clients and suppliers do not visit our offices if they are unwell or have recently returned from a high-risk area.

Rest assured that UPA will continue to monitor the situation and take any further steps required in the best interests of all concerned.
